How to Setup MTProto Proxy in Telegram on Windows

Step-by-step guide for Telegram Desktop on Windows.

Install Telegram Desktop from telegram.org or Microsoft Store.

Click the menu icon (☰) → Settings → Advanced.

Scroll to "Connection Type" and click "Change".

Select "Add Proxy" and choose "MTProto".

Enter Host, Port, and Secret from our catalog.

Click "Save". Telegram will reconnect through the proxy.
