How to Setup MTProto Proxy in Telegram on Mac OS

Install Telegram Desktop from telegram.org or Mac App Store.

Click the menu (☰) → Settings → Advanced.

Scroll to "Connection Type" and click "Change".

Select "Add Proxy" and choose "MTProto".
